I'm not quite sure why the writers are on this kick of parodying old game shows. It's not overly funny.

Anybody know the origin of this character? It seems to have perfect fit to that type of "Broadway" diction and word usage of a bygone age. Is it a riff on Kitty Carlisle on the old "To Tell the Truth"?
