I originally thought Kristen's Kathy Lee was too annoying, but I've liked her a little more when paired with Jenny's Hoda.

I had actually forgotten Jenny wasn't the original Hoda until you mentioned that. I thought she did a great job. Maybe I'm biased but I love Kristen in this role - the girl you love to hate. It's like I'm always waiting to see what horribly un-pc thing she's going to say about Hoda...and that face - it kills me! I thought the straw in the box was a nice touch too ;) And can we make Zach a regular cast member???
