Over the past two years Kristen Stewart has experienced a sudden surge in her career thanks to her coveted role as Bella Swan in The Twilight Saga. She recently premiered her latest film The Runaways, and admitted after starring in so many serious projects she’d love to lighten up a bit. The actress wants to try her hand at comedy by hosting an episode of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.”
“They haven’t asked me to do it,” she said, adding “I would love to say yes for sure, but that is really really scary. I am so critical of myself and then also of people who are on the show. It’s like, ‘Nope, you’re not funny – next!’ “

Should Kristen host SNL? I'm actually surprised they haven't asked her, what with the Twilight business.
It would be interesting to see if Kristen Stewart would be comfortable around Bill and Kristen Wiig (seeing how she starred in Adventureland with them).
