So they start off the MacGruber jokes with 3 other SNL characters wanting their own shows: Andy's # in a Box and Mother Lover singer, Kristen's Target Lady, and Kenan's Diondre Cole.
This is Kristen's 8th appearance of the Target cashiere, and the first this season (last was 05.09.2009 where Justin Timberlake stole the skit with "Classic Peg").
So what would Kristen's Target Lady movie be like?
